Vendor Management

ETS’ s local experts will work with your vendors and act as your “eyes and ears” overseas. Our accountability will reduce the administration cost of managing various vendors from overseas. Therefore, less recourse is needed, due to limited operational disputes.

Improved communication and procedures with your vendors ensures a smooth flow of products and documentation. Measuring Key Performance Indicators like

• on time loaded products, packaging and delivery

Quality Control & Spot Checks

An old truth which you will certainly agree to, has not lost its validity today. Especially in times of “quick buck mentality”, quality, precision and customs manners often suffer in day to day business.

ETS offers to its customers quality inspection at origin receiving sites and allows to arrange

• inspection of carton conditions
• inspection of labelling and markings
• final quality inspection, including random and sequential audits

Digital images will be provided to customers so they can accept or reject each shipment on a base to base decision. If needed, we provide quality facilities for your team to inspect merchandise yourself.

Pick & Pack Services

For certain products and commodities we offer pick & pack service. This service benefits our customs and reduces the usually high labour cost at destinations, by carrying out the packing of orders and/or items at the overseas cargo receiving station.

Labelling Services

Outsourcing pre-labelling to our local expert teams eliminates cost intensive re-processing packages, reduces handlings and the risk of error. Based on your requirements and instruction, labels will be placed on your merchandise at the receiving station. Bar code standard EAN 128 ensures visibility of information via our internet based tracking and information system e-trac.

Put up for sale service

By-passing distribution centers and reducing logistic cost are the results of our retail finishing program. Preparing merchandise by applying price tags and the like, allowing delivery of merchandise directly to the store at destination. This improves inventory management and reduces costs for re-handling at destinations.

Packing Services

To reduce third-party delays and quality problems, our local expert teams will ensure appropriate customize packing, bundling and/or shrink-wrapping services.

Consolidation Services

ETS offers consolidation of your orders in accordance to define requirements. The consolidation of merchandise, information and documents at the point of origin saves re-handling cost at destination.

Merchandises consolidated from multiple vendors for build-to-order-shipments and direct delivery to customers, by-passing Distribution Centers at destination, saves time, decreases the risk of loss and damage and brings down logistic cost to a minimum.
