ETS Transport & Logistics GmbH becomes ETS & Scan Global Logistics GmbH

Following the acquisition of ETS by Scan Global Logistics (SGL), we would like to inform you that as of today our company name has changed to ETS & Scan Global Logistics GmbH.

What does this mean for you ?

First of all, nothing will change with regard to the cooperation with us, the contact persons known to you will still be available for you under the familiar telephone numbers and all business agreements already in place under the ETS name (HRB 20777) will continue to exist. Our service promise will continue with the same passion and dedication under the new name ETS & Scan Global Logistics GmbH.

However, due to the upcoming name change, we will be making some cosmetic changes to our appearance and communications, resulting in the following changes:

New email addresses (as of November 1, 2023)

Please note that the email addresses of your contacts will change as of 01 November 2023. We would like to ask you to continue using the familiar ETS email addresses and to save our new email addresses in the short term when we contact or reply to you by email under our new domain (scangl.com).

Invoices

Our central mailbox for incoming invoices will also change due to the new e-mail addresses. Please send incoming invoices in PDF format (one separate PDF document per invoice, please) to the following e-mail address from November 1, 2023: e-invoice.de@scangl.com

IT Tools

The IT tools available to our customers will remain largely unchanged and you will continue to have full access to the functions with which you are familiar. In addition, extensive new options will become available over time, about which we will provide separate information in due course.

We kindly ask you to issue your documents regarding business with us to the new company name with immediate effect. Please also update your relevant systems with the new company name and the information below:
